WORKORA

Getting paid

Know how you'll get paid before you start

Check exactly how earnings can reach you in your country before you accept any work. WORKORA only shows payout routes that genuinely exist.

  • Your payout options depend on your country, account type and verification status.
  • WORKORA only shows payout methods that are actually available for your account.
  • No hidden WORKORA withdrawal fee.
  • Fees, currencies and timing are shown as published by the payout provider — never estimated.

Payments are in test mode

WORKORA is running in TEST / SANDBOX mode. Live payouts are switched off, so no real money can be withdrawn yet. Your earnings and payout details are still recorded accurately.

How earnings work

  1. The client pays for the work.
  2. The WORKORA marketplace fee is calculated on that payment.
  3. Your earnings appear as pending.
  4. After the settlement period they become available to withdraw.
  5. You choose a payout method that is available for your account.
  6. The connected payout provider processes the payout to you.

Payout speed depends on the provider and your bank. WORKORA does not promise instant payouts.

Not available
Not offered for this country or account type.

Fees, in plain terms

  • WORKORA marketplace fee — a percentage of completed work, charged to the provider. The exact rate is shown on the contract before you accept it.
  • WORKORA withdrawal fee — $0. WORKORA does not charge you to withdraw.
  • Payout provider fee — set by the provider or your bank. Provider fees may apply; we show the amount only once the provider publishes it.
  • Currency conversion — if you are paid in a different currency, the provider's exchange rate applies.
  • Taxes — you are responsible for any tax due in your own country. WORKORA does not deduct tax on your behalf.

Identity verification

Identity verification is required before any withdrawal. Businesses may also need a valid trade licence, depending on the country.

Verification is what lets WORKORA send money to a named, accountable recipient, and it is what keeps payout providers willing to operate in a country. Your documents are stored privately and are never shown on your public profile.

Before you accept work

  • Check your country and account type above, so you know which payout route would apply to you.
  • Complete identity verification early — it takes time, and no withdrawal can be made without it.
  • Add a payout destination in your settings and confirm the currency it can receive.
  • Read the marketplace fee shown on the contract itself, not a rate quoted anywhere else.

Payout questions

How do I get paid on WORKORA?
The client pays for the work first. The WORKORA marketplace fee is calculated on that payment, your share appears as pending, and once the settlement period is complete it becomes available to withdraw. You then choose a payout method that is available for your account, and the connected payout provider sends the money to you.
When can I withdraw my earnings?
Once the client's payment has cleared, the milestone or order is completed, and the settlement period for that transaction has passed. Until then the amount is shown as pending or on hold in your wallet, with the reason stated next to it.
Which payout methods can I use?
Only the methods shown as available for your country and account type in the checker on this page. WORKORA does not list a method it cannot actually pay you through.
Can I withdraw to my bank account?
Bank transfer is shown as not activated yet unless a payout provider is genuinely connected for your country. Check your country above — if bank transfer shows as available or verification required, that route is real for your account.
Can I use PayPal?
PayPal is shown as not activated yet unless it is genuinely connected for your country and account type. The checker above gives the accurate answer for you.
Can I use Payoneer?
Payoneer is planned and currently shows as coming soon. It is not connected yet, so it cannot be used for a withdrawal today.
Can I use Wise?
Wise is planned and currently shows as coming soon. It is not connected yet, so it cannot be used for a withdrawal today.
What if my country is not supported?
The checker will show no available route. Your earnings are still recorded and stay in your wallet; nothing is lost. As soon as a provider is connected for your country the route appears in the checker automatically.
Are there withdrawal fees?
WORKORA charges no withdrawal fee — it is $0. A payout provider or receiving bank may charge its own fee, and currency conversion may apply if you are paid in a different currency. Provider fees are displayed only once the provider has published them, never as an estimate.
Do I need identity verification (KYC)?
Yes. Identity verification is required before any withdrawal. Depending on the country, a business account may also need valid business documents such as a trade licence on file.
How long does a payout take?
That depends on the payout provider and your bank. WORKORA shows the processing time published by the provider for your route, and shows "Not published yet" when there is no confirmed figure. We do not promise instant payouts.
What happens if a payment is refunded or disputed?
The related earning is reversed, and the marketplace fee that was taken on it is reversed with it. If the amount was already available, the reversal is recorded against your wallet balance so your ledger always matches what actually happened.
Can an agency withdraw to a business account?
Yes, where a provider supports business payouts for that country. Choose "A registered business" in the checker above — business routes usually require business documents in addition to identity verification.
Can I withdraw real money today?
Not yet. Payout setup is currently in TEST / SANDBOX while live payment connections are being completed, so live payouts are switched off. Earnings, contracts and payout details are still recorded accurately, and no simulated payment is ever shown as real.
