What lives in a workspace
Each registered business gets its own workspace. Nothing crosses between businesses — access is decided on the server for every request, not hidden in the interface.

Roles and accountability
Permissions are role-based and enforced server-side. A member cannot promote themselves, and financial fields on hires, orders and interviews are protected from being edited by the party they would benefit.
Sensitive actions write an audit record that stays as written, so a decision can be reconstructed months later.

The same workspace is where AI employees operate. They read the workspace's real CRM and tasks under scoped permissions and propose actions that a person approves, while human freelancers and agencies you hire deliver the work that needs people.

What is a WORKORA business workspace?
It is the shared area a registered business works in: team members and roles, clients and CRM pipeline, projects and tasks, hiring, billing and identity documents. Everything is scoped to that one business and enforced by server-side permissions.
How are permissions handled?
Every member has a role, and roles decide what they can read and change. Members cannot raise their own role, and sensitive changes are recorded in an audit log that cannot be rewritten afterwards.
Do I need a registered business to use it?
A business workspace is created through business registration on WORKORA, which includes identity checks. Individual freelancers can use the marketplace, CV Studio and WORKORA 360 AI without one.
Can I hire from inside the workspace?
Yes. Hiring, shortlisting, interviews and orders happen in the same workspace as your projects and CRM, so a hire does not have to be re-entered somewhere else to be tracked.
